Premium Guard Gel Foam Overlay utilize a combination of 3 gel bladders and high density foam shell and support base for added patient comfort. This gel foam overlay is useful for preventing, treating and managing pressure ulcers. The Urethane-coated nylon cover of the gel mattress overlay is water resistant and vapor permeable. The vinyl base provides a waterproof mattress overlay that is resistant to stains. This gel mattress overlay comes with four elastic corner straps to secure the gel overlay to the bed. The one piece construction of the gel mattress requires no assembly.
